Returns and Exchanges
We understand that not every purchase will fit & returns and exchanges are sometimes needed. If you are unhappy with your purchase simply send it back to us with both the packing slip and return form enclosed in your package.
- All merchandise must be returned in the original condition. Items can not be worn, washed, damaged or altered. All items are inspected according to the condition in which they were shipped to us. We reserve the right to refuse returns based on its condition.
- All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order (based on delivery confirmation).
- All Sale items are FINAL SALE, and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Please be careful while opening packages, if you cut an item while opening you will NOT be refunded and we will NOT ship another item in its place.
- Refund requests made to expired credit cards will be issued in the form of a store credit.
- When trying on items, please be careful not to get makeup or deodorant on them. If you return an item with makeup or deodorant you WILL NOT be refunded and the item(s) will be shipped back to you at your expense.
- If you received free shipping, and return more than half of the order, shipping charges will be deducted from the amount being refunded.
- Please review our Return & Exchanges Policy above to make sure you have met all the return requirements.
- Complete the return form that was included in your order. If you wish to exchange an item please contact us at email@example.com with what item you would like to exchange for so we may hold it for you. If we are out of stock on the item being requested, you can choose a different item of equal or lessor value.
- We highly recommend using a trackable return method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 3-5 business days after we receive your return, and will be credited back to your original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Although we carefully inspect all items prior to shipping, sometimes things may be missed. If you received a damaged item please contact us within 48 hours of package arrival and prior to wearing the garment. NO claims can be made after 48 hours. Please contact us prior to returning any damaged or defective items.
Out of stock items:
While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may no longer be available. In this case, we will email you immediately regarding the out of stock item.
